1. Customer Service Manager
• Coordinates job flow and ensures that customer’s requirement and project information are disseminated
to team members to meet deadlines.
• Verifies all jobs are running according to requirements and regulations.
• Performs periodical quality control checks on projects assigned.
• Provide all vital information on job completion and all the necessary paperwork, summaries or reports to the management.
• Coordinates and assists with other managers or members in the team.
• Ensures that customer complaints are resolved within 24 hours.
• Ability to listen, assess customer needs and wants and identify appropriate solutions.
• At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in customer service environment.
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mature, tactful and able to work in fast paced environment.
• Self-motivated and independent.
• Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
2. System Engineer
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge in troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Provide technical assistant to clients on product and services.
• Troubleshoot clients' problem related to product and services via Helpdesk and phone calls.
• Attend to projects assigned by superior.
• A self-starter, responsible, analytical with good-attitude.
• Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as
customer-oriented skills.
• Initiative, fast learner and confident.
• Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.

3. Sales Executive
• Below 25 years old, minimum Diploma in relevant field.
• Proficiency in English, Malay, Mandarin or Cantonese.
• A Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of people.
• Able to generate new clients base and achieve sales target.
• Right mentality and hardworking with a drive to succeed.
• Attractive remuneration in basic salary plus commission basic.
• PC literate, people skills, presentable outlook, delegating, proactive, visual merchandising skills, fun and outgoing personality.
4. Web/E-Commerce Administrator
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in E-Commerce/Information Technology or equivalent qualification.

To manage the day-to-day operations of the website using content management system.
•
To answer and/or redirect customer enquires/comments/feedback from the website.
•
To process orders placed online from the website.
•
To source, edit and post related news or articles to blog.
• To publish news or updates to subscriber using the online e-newsletter system.
•
To work closely with the sales & marketing team to promote tne website.
5. Marketing Executive
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication, or equivalent qualification.
• Develop & Implement Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve corporate objectives.
• Ability to plan, organize & execute all products related events & exhibition within guideline.
• Keep update on the latest market trends & compile information for action plan.
• Effective communication & close liase with principles & inter-departments to ensure successful implementation of action plans.
• Reports & perform marketing event effectiveness & performance.
6. Graphic Designer
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art & Design,
Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent qualification.
• Strong in conceptual, creative, ideally multi-talented in various form of designs, strong presentation
and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, fast, flexible, dynamic and believes in continual growth and learning.
• Experience in various platforms of print, publications, press, knowledge in 3D, web & multimedia.
• Solid knowledge and experience of Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash. Dreamweaver, Director and Shockwave is a plus.
• Conceptualize and design for POS materials such as posters, brochures, leaflets, shelf displays, standees and etc.
• Conceptualize and design for product packaging.
• Conceptualize and design for visual merchandising of retail outlets (display of product and POS materials).
7. Customer Service Officer
• Possess, Passionate and enthusiastic about Technology (ICT, Internet and Networking).
• Handle all incoming call and enquiries with excellent telephone etiquettes.
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mature and able to work in fast paced environment.
• Self-motivated and independent.
• Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Experience in customer service is an added advantage.
8. Electrical Wireman
• Good knowledge and experience in electrical,cabling and wiring.
• Able to work independently.
• Good responsibility, communication & technical skills.
9.
Account / General Clerk
•
Responsible for performing daily office tasks and
clerical duties.
• Assist and support
immediate superior for daily operation.
• Good command of
English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (both verbal
and written).
• Must be responsible,
organized, disciplined and excellent interpersonal
and communication skills.
• Resourceful, energetic
and self-motivated.
• Computer literate
with hands-on knowledge of MS Office and good typing
skills.
• Possess basic knowledge
in accounting.
• Able to start work
immediately.
• Fresh graduates/school

Retail Sales Promoter
•

Technical Support Officer

English, Malay and Chinese.

12. Business Administrator

• Ensuring that all administrative duties are running smoothly all the time.
• Good command of English, Malay and Chinese.
